Use of the site
The rankings, the dataset and the page copy are published for reference. Reproducing a full ranking elsewhere requires written permission; quoting a figure with a link to the page does not.
Sponsored placements — what you are buying
A placement is a position on one named ranking. It carries the name, one line of copy and one link you supply at checkout. The row takes that position and moves everyone below it down one place; nobody is removed and the ranked profiles keep their order relative to each other. The row is marked Sponsored.
The minimum booking is 24 hours from the moment payment is confirmed. After that it stays live until someone buys the same position at the then-current price. There is no guaranteed maximum duration.
The price of a position rises by a fixed step after every sale of it. The price shown when you open checkout is the price charged.
What we will not publish
Placements are refused, and refunded in full, where the link or the copy is unlawful, misleading, adult, gambling, a financial promotion we cannot verify, malware, or impersonates a person or brand that the buyer does not control. Refusal is at our discretion and is not a judgement about the buyer.
We may also remove a live placement for the same reasons, refunding the unused portion pro rata beyond the 24-hour minimum.
Refunds
Before the placement goes live: full refund on request. After it goes live and before the 24-hour minimum has elapsed: no refund, because the product has been delivered. If the site is unavailable for more than four consecutive hours during a placement, the placement is extended by the outage, or refunded pro rata if you prefer.
Being outbid is not a fault and is not refundable — it is the mechanism described above and on every page that sells a position.
Who you are buying from
Placements are sold by Pinnacli LLC, a United States company and the merchant of record. That is the name on your card statement and on the Stripe invoice.
Liability and law
Liability for any placement is limited to the amount paid for it. The site is provided as is; see the disclaimer for the position on published figures.
These terms are governed by the law applicable at the seller's place of establishment in the United States. Nothing here limits any right you have under mandatory consumer law in your own country.
